There isn't one unless you are an exec or privileged person... The staff is punished but the VP of HR, COO, CEO, Sr. Director of Marketing, VP of Operations, etc is allowed to "work from home" at all times...
there isn't anything official and if anything work from home is frowned upon unless you are a senior executive (COO, VP's, Senior Directors, etc). Individual contributors do not have the "right" to do so...
Some were promised work from home but then it was later taken away.
