Listening, Be a champion for people other than themselves, Stop saying "I". They have the belief that there is an I in team and they do not give credit to the individuals that truly do all the work to make this company the success it is today
The teams and work environment is good, however its not very dynamic to provide opportunities to learn new things
Compensation is NOT tied to reviews (which truly mean nothing) Many employees have gone years without a change in compensation for "reasons" but the CEO lines his pockets and buys new Apartments in New York...

Removal of the inept CTO Make the CEO accountable for day to day operations of the company and be MUCH more visible. Growth within the company needs to be seen as an objective not a burden of the leadership.

Again - remove the inept CTO as they are strongly behind the times technologically as well as unable to manage the growing portfolio of technologies that are needed to be successful. Allow your employees to "do the right thing" and do not set artificial dates for projects that have no understanding
