Mr. Patrick Sinks, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Executive Officer of MGIC Investment Corp., since March 1, 2015 and its President since January 2006. Mr. Timothy J. Mr. Stephen C. Mackey has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of MGIC Investment Corporation since September 2015. Mr. Mackey has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was employed at JP Morgan Chase & Company where he has held a number of senior leadership positions and served as its Managing Director of Firmwide Market Risk. His diverse background includes various leadership positions with Fannie Mae, where he was employed for 13 years; managerial experience with the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (the predecessor to the Federal Housing Finance Agency), which regulated Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; employment with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; and service as Chief Financial Officer of a successful start-up commercial bank. Mr. Mackey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and his Master of Science degree in finance from The George Washington University.

Mr. Gregory A. Chi, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Services. at MGIC Investment Corporation. since March 8, 2012. Prior to joining MGIC, he served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Delivery Services with SunTrust Bank since 2008. Prior to joining SunTrust, he served as Vice President of Information Technology Development Application with MetLife, Inc. since 2005. He served various senior management positions at MasterCard, Inc and The Bank of New York Mellon. Mr. Chi graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BA in Architecture. He earned a Master of Science in Industrial Administration Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Jeffrey H. Lane has been an Executive Vice President of MGIC Investment Corporation and its subsidiary Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation since January 24, 2008 and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since August 1996. Mr. Lane served as Senior Vice President of MGIC Investment Corp. and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation from August 1996 to January 24, 2008. He joined Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation Investment in 1996. Mr. Lane spent 19 years as a partner, concentrating on corporate and securities law, at Foley & Lardner. He joined Foley & Lardner in 1975 after earning his JD from Boston University, graduating Cum Laude. He earned his Bachelors in 1970 from Columbia University.

Ms. Julie K. Sperber has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at MGIC Investment Corp. since March 3, 2014. Ms. Sperber has been Controller of Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC) since March 3, 2014. She has been with MGIC since 1998 and has held multiple positions with increasing responsibility in its finance department. She served as Vice President and Assistant Controller of MGIC. Before joining MGIC, Ms. Sperber was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
