I have found them to be very flexible with work hours. Maintaining a good work / life balance is a core value at the company. Most manager will allow occasional work from home as long as your are meeting your commitments.

This depends greatly on your manager and how much they trust you. If you are reliable and have a good manager, this is never an issue.
