Pressing really hard to say anything positive about the culture, specifically at departmental level. Maybe some team building activities and social activities across the company is great. But the culture within the team is downgraded.
Interact with individual / team members to get their feedback about Dept. Managers. Culture is being deteriorated at higher rate and managers are extremely unfair and biased. Horrible things are happening and they are not aware of since manager keeping thing under the carpet.
