What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At company level: team building and social activities. Other teams are friendly and respectful. At team level: It is hard to press anything positive about the positive culture. Underserving with certain enthnicity, and biasness makes toxic environment.
Pressing really hard to say anything positive about the culture, specifically at departmental level. Maybe some team building activities and social activities across the company is great. But the culture within the team is downgraded.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
