Mr. Christopher Clark, also known as Chris, CA, BA (Honours)PgD has been the Chief Financial Officer at Neovasc Inc., (Former Name: Medical Ventures Corp.) since October 2007 and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Clark served as a Director of Finance at Neovasc Inc., from April 2, 2007 to September 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mr. Lube Canada Inc., from September 2005 to March 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Disani Capital Corp. (Formerly, One Person Health Sciences Inc.) from May 2004 to August 2005 and its Director of Finance until August 31, 2005. Mr. Clark was self-employed as a consultant providing accounting services from October 2002 to April 2004. He has over 20 years financial management experience. He has been a Director of Aequus Pharmaceuticals Inc. since December 18, 2014. He received designation as a Chartered Accountant in September 1998 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Mr. Clark earned an Honours degree in Economics from Swansea University, United Kingdom and completed a post graduate diploma from Keble College, Oxford University, United Kingdom.

Ms. Vicki Bebeau serves as Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Neovasc Inc. Ms. Bebeau served as Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Neovasc Inc. since May 05, 2014. Ms. Bebeau has more than 20 years of clinical research experience, fulfilling various leadership roles, which include multinational cardiovascular device firms such as St. Jude Medical, Boston Scientific and Medtronic. Having planned and directed numerous successful clinical studies, including prosthetic heart valves and other cardiovascular devices in support of IDE, PMA and post market programs to support regulatory approvals. Her efforts have contributed to the adoption of some of the industry's most novel devices in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan. Ms. Bebeau is a Registered Nurse whose specific areas of clinical research have included heart valves (open heart and percutaneous), vascular access and closure devices, FFR, OCT, renal denervation and hypothermia. Ms. Bebeau is also a MedTech Industry Advisory Board Member for St. Cloud State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College.

Mr. Randy Lane has been Vice President of Research and Development at Neovasc Inc. since May 5, 2014. Mr. Lane served as a Director of Research and Development at Neovasc Inc. since July 1, 2011 until May 5, 2014. He joined Neovasc in July 2007. Prior to joining Neovasc, he held senior roles at global cardiovascular device firms, including 10 years in product development and manufacturing with Sorin Group Canada Inc. He has 20 years experience in the medical device industry. Possessing expertise in prosthetic heart valve design and testing, Mr. Lane represents Canada on the ISO 5840 Committee as a technical expert in heart valves and has led teams throughout the complete development program, including the development of process improvements, product development and regulatory testing. Mr. Lane leads a team developing the Tiara. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec.

Mr. Brian McPherson has been Chief Operating Officer at Neovasc Inc., since June 9, 2009 and served its President of Neovasc Surgical. Mr. McPherson serves as the President of PM Devices Inc., a subsidiary of Medical Ventures Corp. (now Neovasc Inc.). He is responsible at PM Devices's organizational effectiveness, managing performance, improving productivity and cost-effectiveness. Mr. McPherson has more than 25 years??? experience in medical device manufacturing and operations. He served as a Director of Operations of Neovasc Inc., from 2008 to 2009. He served as Vice President of Operations at Neovasc Surgical at Neovasc Inc. He served as Operations Manager of Pyng Medical Corp., from 2003 to 2006. He served as Manager of Operations at Padtech Industries Ltd. from 2001 to 2003, manufacturer and distributor of membrane switches. He also worked as Senior Operation Manager with Arterial Vascular Engineering Canada as it grew from 20 to 350 employees. He has over 15 years of operations management experience and eight year in the medical device industry. Mr. McPherson served as a Director of Pyng Medical Corp. He holds two diplomas of technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Biomedical Engineering.

Aaron Chalekian serves as the VP Product & Process Development of Neovasc Inc.. Aaron currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
