Since Covid.. worst service ever. Up to 9 hour delays. Downgraded to smaller planed. It seems you neef to he considered "important " to get the available planes you pay top dollat for. Last three flights cost me extra money, loss of meetings, reservations etc etc. three flights out if three
SOME attention to diversity, managers and others, would certainly be in order. And the decline in overall quality could be reversed with the right people at the helm.
