What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying pilots a competitive wage with other pilots in the industry. Their pilots are super stars at what they do. Leadership charges customers an excessive increases but wants to increase pay below market for all staff. Come on Net Jets....you're ruining the brand so many worked so hard for!!
