Management is not qualified. Unless all the execs change there is no way to improve work there.

My co-workers are nice but nobody stays there long. If they have any talent they leave the company quickly.

Every department is different and you work with different people. I can only speak for myself working in their accounting department and the surrounding departments around me. Everyone is professional and we all check in on each other. No one hovers and we try to have fun amidst busy times.
