I would like them to appreciate their employees more and treat them with dignity.
Actually helping you get the license
You get paid handsomely for the work you put in!
The base pay and bonuses are fair however it was disappointing that they offer the bare minimum benefits. When I was first hired, holidays were not paid off. They improved a bit by offering me 6 paid holidays. They do not have 401k matching.
Actually paying us for doing a 2 million dollar application at least 5k
We have no paid holidays, compensation is below market rate for most positions, fear of termination is constant
The team is highly motivated, collaborative, and overall great people.
Different, fun personalities. Everyone is sweet and professional
My co-workers are nice but nobody stays there long. If they have any talent they leave the company quickly.
Great team. Very helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond for our customers and our team members.
Actually paying us what was agreed whicch was making 6 figures a year its not even a quarter of that
Everyone is nice and supportive
Upbeat fun place to work

Clear upfront straightforward. Difficult but you understand why when you realize the opportunity the company gives you

Extending an offer to an excited candidate or getting a hiring manager excited about a candidate.
Everything makes me happy, i love my job
Getting to give people the best service in the industry plus having great coworkers. Couldnt get any better than that!
They designed it to only make managers money and the owner tri and his brother has a 20 million dollar house while the workers could barely afford living in a room at 12 dollars an hr better off at mcdonalds kiddo
Toxic work environment. Nobody wants to be there.
The culture and the base pay for the sales teams especially.
