I have learned alot in my job, got new certifications free of charge and get to do classes online free of charge. I have seen clients grow in four years.
As a Project manager myself - I don't believe end users were adequtely utilized in the new Salesforce/saba rollout. I als think it should have been done as a side by side instead of a cutover.
Literally the worst CEO imaginable. Under her "leadership", franchises were forced to implement a learner management system that was so horribly implemented that they abandoned the initial launch. After making a few tweaks, they then launched the same horribly mismanaged project.
