Literally the worst CEO imaginable. Under her "leadership", franchises were forced to implement a learner management system that was so horribly implemented that they abandoned the initial launch. After making a few tweaks, they then launched the same horribly mismanaged project.

Terrible leadership. Favoritism and questionable business practices

As a Project manager myself - I don't believe end users were adequtely utilized in the new Salesforce/saba rollout. I als think it should have been done as a side by side instead of a cutover.

I have learned alot in my job, got new certifications free of charge and get to do classes online free of charge. I have seen clients grow in four years.

its plain sales - hit a number or get fired - they don't care about you or covid

They listen and up channel problems or challenges!

They have been willing to cover for me for being out for medical leave the last two years.

Culture, honesty, treating people like humans

I can use my overtime to pay for Aflac policies.

There is no tie in between effort across the board

We work together to solve problems.

We safely care for residents even though we have fewer workers than we are supposed to have.

We go to Kimmswick Mo to eat at a restaurant and go shopping with our Christmas bonus every year. We also got a gift card for Thanksgiving.

It was very short. I was only asked a few questions and did not expect to get a job offer and to start that night for training.
