1. Is there a bigger space for doing Back-of-House tasks? Sometimes it gets crowded. 2. Is there a warehouse / storage space for daily prep and food storage? Sometimes it can be hard to reach items in the back of the Walk-in freezer shelves, because heavier and bulkier items and boxes are in front.
