I think the corporate leaders could connect with the field more and get our perspective, but they have us in mind with most things. The corp office is very responsive when we need assistance though.
The management is really helpful and professional it's the GM that I have a problem with
I like that a couple of the managers are very understanding.
I love the shift managers, they are all so nice and sweet.
that any team member can play a role in conveying leadership or starting it themselves
Actually being held accountable for horrible and unprofessional behavior rather than continually being allowed to dehumanize their staff and treat them as disposable robots
Following procedures, and communication with the team
Leading fairly, support and communication.
More care and concern for the well being of the employees.

Accountability and being a good example
Good and fair pay, 401k and matching, and stock discount program.
The insurance plan and other benefits
All compensation is very equal
I think the whole package was well thought out.
Review from Customer Success Dept
401k stock options with a portal
I make significantly less than new hires even though ive worked with this company for years and have been a dedicated a loyal employee. A raise and actually getting survivable hours would make it bearable. Although the management would never let that happen
More money please and thank you
Years of experience being paid less than new hires.
So eye and dental insurance you get after 3 months which is great but i don't understand why you have to wait a whole year yo get medical...it should all be 3 months. Plus i much rather have medical than anything else. Glasses and teeth can wait a medical emergency can't!
Fairness would help out a lot.
My team member coworkers make the job fun and bearable, and have trained me more than the managment team.
Review from Sales Dept
They are intelligent, candid, and most of them are quite fun to be around.
We get along good and the people that I have worked with so far are professional people
Some willing to learn and work.
Very kind and willing to help out
I think the fellow crew is great. The shift leaders are corrupt
They are not team players. When I don't have anything to do I clean my area and work my way outward. They stand around and talk. They haven't once helped me with any deep cleaning and tell me I don't need to do that. The store looks shiny again since I've started.
Teamwork. They are every man for themselves
Review from Sales Dept
Any new information in a restaurant can easily be shared in a handout or email. Less talking, more action!
Most coworkers were okay and nice
Employees will sometimes get along
Review from Sales Dept
That the managers are really understanding
Leaving the store every day
Teaching a new task to new employee
Welcoming and there to get the job done, but we have fun too
Value of people's lives outside of work.
Review from Operations Dept
Make sure Managers and general managers are being checked out How they proceed with situations and how they treat Regular employees
Politeness needs to increase asap
A better gm for this store she has done unacceptable things
People following the rules especially management. The management at this particular doesnt really give a crap about their employees.
Review from Customer Success Dept
My interviwer was nice and helpful, and kept the vibe light and friendly
Review from Sales Dept
Stong interview process with a phone call with a recruiter, then manager interview in person, then director virtual. Makes sense how they do it.
That she was super friendly and helpful with all of my questions
I felt like all of my questions were answered
Its was easy and very outgoing
Theyre too overstaffed its ridiculous
Wating on responses to many potential new hires going else where
I had 4 different interviews, which is a bit much if you ask me, like im in a leadership tole which tippically would have at least 2 interviews and im fine with but 4 was really pushing it, esspecially since i needed a job asap
They actually need to call people when they apply not weigh into the people called them to check for the Employment Most of the people apply for more than 3 jobs Usually they will go and work for the person they actually call them
The manager was extremely unprofessional during my interview. He laid sideways in the booth with his feet on the seat. He also swore several times throughout my interview.
The people I work with every day. We have a very people focused business.
Intracting with my coworkers and getting through the day to be honest
I enjoy talking to the crew members and working together.
When everything is clean and organized and we are ahead of schedule
Review from Customer Success Dept
The employee relationships, it makes the day go by quickly and smoothly.
Review from Customer Success Dept
The food is over priced, over processed garbage and the customers can tell
Customers feel portions are getting smaller and prices are getting higher
Pay long-time managers at least as much as new ones.
Get new management. Train, have employees do theor jjj in s
Prices are going up unexplained
