What are some of the best things about your team?
My team member coworkers make the job fun and bearable, and have trained me more than the managment team.

They are all very friendly and i have a good time talking with them. My general manager is very friendly, however my other one is not.
Coworkers are really good They help each other and know how to work as a team
Most of the employees are a joy to be around. All of the shift managers, agm, and gm are hardworking and care about all of each other as well as the team members. We just have a good synergy (with the exception of a few teenagers who think rape jokes are funny). I absolutely love my coworkers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the fellow crew is great. The shift leaders are corrupt
They are not team players. When I don't have anything to do I clean my area and work my way outward. They stand around and talk. They haven't once helped me with any deep cleaning and tell me I don't need to do that. The store looks shiny again since I've started.
Teamwork. They are every man for themselves

Any new information in a restaurant can easily be shared in a handout or email. Less talking, more action!
