Stong interview process with a phone call with a recruiter, then manager interview in person, then director virtual. Makes sense how they do it.

It was comfortable. It was easy to ask questions and get questions answered

GM was very knowledgeable. I was a former noodles employee that was looking for a second job. I used to have fun working at noodles. Now all they ever do is stick me on noodle and grill and I am getting carpal tunnel because of it.

It was 5 years ago and I was interviewed by someone I haven't seen in years I do not remember at all.

Very efficient and smooth. Positive energy when i first got hired.

The manager honestly answered how the company was taking steps to prioritise health and safety during the pandemic

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Theyre too overstaffed its ridiculous

Wating on responses to many potential new hires going else where

I had 4 different interviews, which is a bit much if you ask me, like im in a leadership tole which tippically would have at least 2 interviews and im fine with but 4 was really pushing it, esspecially since i needed a job asap

They actually need to call people when they apply not weigh into the people called them to check for the Employment Most of the people apply for more than 3 jobs Usually they will go and work for the person they actually call them

The manager was extremely unprofessional during my interview. He laid sideways in the booth with his feet on the seat. He also swore several times throughout my interview.

Maybe actually train everyone correct and we’d be able to keep people. My first year was great. But because we have to do everything ourselves it’s a struggle and I don’t feel heard or even appreciated for everything I do. I go in and help more than she does. She sits at the computer and ignor

I interviewed with multiple upper management company representatives. I made my availability and needs extremely clear, to which the representatives agreed upon. Guarantees were made, then immediately discarded upon my start date. The interview was deceitful and disrespectful.
