Noodles & Company Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think the corporate leaders could connect with the field more and get our perspective, but they have us in mind with most things. The corp office is very responsive when we need assistance though.

The management is really helpful and professional it's the GM that I have a problem with

I like that a couple of the managers are very understanding.

I love the shift managers, they are all so nice and sweet.

that any team member can play a role in conveying leadership or starting it themselves

They are very Kind people

understanding of life outside work

My GM and AGM's attention to detail and focusing on individuals. We are treated like cared for people not just team memebers by our management.

Personal understanding of on the spot decisions

Assuming leadership team means MY general manager, he is so understanding, open-minded, experienced, level-headed, and mature boss I have ever had. If this is about people above our GM I'm going to be frank and say I have nothing good to say. I can tell they don't actually know what it's like.

We all work together and have each others backs.

We are family and we love our job.

Review from Customer Success Dept

My direct leader is inspiring to work with, but upper management definitely has room to improve.

The other employees were great

The GM doesn’t care at all. Never works at the store. Expects everything to stay in tack and every night should be perfect. Somtimes we don’t get out until midnight. We should have 5 people closing and only ever have 3 or 4. Constant calls for help. Doctors notes are demanded if we don’t feel

Review from Customer Success Dept

They are a team player

There is not leadership. The GM is going off the wagon by taking his pent up anger out on his mangers.

Review from HR Dept

They are very personable people, easy to talk to and understanding

They are inviting and open to ideas

everyone is very very nice

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually being held accountable for horrible and unprofessional behavior rather than continually being allowed to dehumanize their staff and treat them as disposable robots

Following procedures, and communication with the team

Leading fairly, support and communication.

More care and concern for the well being of the employees.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Accountability and being a good example

My GM is fantastic! But the shift managers he has working there leave something to be desired. I was hired as a shift manager. They like to release all the other employees at closing and i get told im not closing FOH fast enough but I was scheduled to be off and I am correcting others work.

They are shady. They claim they will be calling back "within the afternoon" repeatedly for weeks at a time. I have literally been made to feel as though they are trying to wait me out until I stop trying to contact them over money I am owed. Truly a disgusting lack of integrity.

Review from Operations Dept

Being human. Understanding that people have needs and lives, and not expecting them to get burnt on a daily basis, work hours not previously talked about, or doing jobs not under your application

Communication following the company rules

Paying their current employees better and giving them raises instead of brushing them off for new employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Everything but mostly not being fair

Review from Sales Dept

Treating people with patience no matter what

Communication, training, understanding of employees problems, dependable people

Once again, basic communication skills.

Actually being a leading team

Being respectful to their team members and understanding their employees worth.

Leadership, accountability, management skills, organization, punctuality

Not lying. Noodles creates false pretenses to get potential employee candidates to turn down other job opportunities only to find out their promises were never intended to be kept. Noodles will throw your availability out of the door despite your obligations outside of work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Scheduling, listening to employee complaints, better pay, more frequent raises

Review from Sales Dept

The leaders need to be fair and not get high at work
