The company has a good work/life balance.

My team is great but communication between departments is terrible.
Executive leadership does not care much about employees but lower level management is fantastic.
Better raises - no room for big financial changes unless you get a big promotion.
The raises don’t even keep up with inflation and the system is broken for determining raises (salary caps, etc.)
