What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them seem like they care
the second shift team leader sre not nice
Executive leadership does not care much about employees but lower level management is fantastic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication among themselves, then to the workers. the new hr Manger. .wow like I've never seen before ,no experience in hr and it shows in how he treats people below him
There is a lack of professional and management qualifications in every respect. Only daily business is possible. There is a pronounced deep hierarchy. Not a trace of agility. I don't think management has ever heard of it.
Inclusivity, Embracing diversity and practicing this daily.
Better raises - no room for big financial changes unless you get a big promotion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting a paycheck every two weeks. Used to be bonus on sales but not anymore
I get paid very well for what I do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because I've heard the president and the vp say they don't care and will just replace you I've seen they treat new people like gold and 1s that been there yrs like crap
The pay is marginal compared to the sales. The turnover is absorbed by the water head.
The raises don’t even keep up with inflation and the system is broken for determining raises (salary caps, etc.)
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to help each other with issues we come across in the field due to little assistance from the home "team" . Getting assistance nowadays from corporate is few and far between.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
all for one not for all what I can get and how easy I can get it ,same for management they have there favorites
Some need better education and stronger work ethic
Inclusivity. This is a predominantly white Company. No diversity.
My team is great but communication between departments is terrible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to talk with my coworkers on issues at hand and finding a resolution, as somebody has generally already been through it.
respect to every emplyee, any color or race good together
I work remotely. I don't have to deal with office politics
The company has a good work/life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
utilize there people in certain areas both sides .some have gotten soo comfy in there spot they no no other jobs or they have forgotten what it's like
There needs to be more accountability among staff.

It was straight forward and not drawn out

Be more upfront and honest

Seeing and working with my coworkers.
Winning as a team for most people
learn new things and the invironmrnt are clean

Lack of diversity of all cultures.
Better systems for awarding raises based on merit.
