Executive leadership does not care much about employees but lower level management is fantastic.
communication among themselves, then to the workers. the new hr Manger. .wow like I've never seen before ,no experience in hr and it shows in how he treats people below him
There is a lack of professional and management qualifications in every respect. Only daily business is possible. There is a pronounced deep hierarchy. Not a trace of agility. I don't think management has ever heard of it.

Better raises - no room for big financial changes unless you get a big promotion.
Getting a paycheck every two weeks. Used to be bonus on sales but not anymore
I get paid very well for what I do
because I've heard the president and the vp say they don't care and will just replace you I've seen they treat new people like gold and 1s that been there yrs like crap
The pay is marginal compared to the sales. The turnover is absorbed by the water head.
The raises don’t even keep up with inflation and the system is broken for determining raises (salary caps, etc.)
The ability to help each other with issues we come across in the field due to little assistance from the home "team" . Getting assistance nowadays from corporate is few and far between.
all for one not for all what I can get and how easy I can get it ,same for management they have there favorites

My team is great but communication between departments is terrible.
