I really enjoy working here, my direct manager is very understanding and the company has great benefits.

Lack of diversity. Doesnt embrace change. Lack of inclusivity. The company is updated and modern looking but on the inside it all toxic for a generation that is looking for change and embracing diversity. This company looks good on paper Only.

The pay is marginal compared to the sales. The turnover is absorbed by the water head.
