
The CEO and upper Management do not seem to care for the "little" folk who run the store that make the money for their salaries. If they did they would HAVE LET US KEEP OUR HOLIDAYS WITH PAY SINCE THEY TAKE THE THE TIME OFF AND WE HAVE TO WORK!
Work-life balance at Depot isn't so hot since they moved to the new scheduling system. The hours are now so split and peol=ple are all over the map, hours wise, while other times, no one is scheduled in some departments. The short answer, it's all kind of a mess.
Excellent. My boss understands the importance of a life outside work. As a company I believe they do a great job of structuring work to account for my personal life. I love working here.
It used to be a lot better but now many of us are doing the jobs of 3 people. It's still somewhat manageable I suppose.
Pretty good. I have a fairly set schedule and never get called in on my days off.
