
It's okay. It's a bit different since they've combined vacation and sick days to a "simple" paid time off. Trying to balance taking time off vs possible sick time can be a bit hard.
I have worked for Office Depot for 5 years and I get 40 hours PTO every year. I'm not sure how long you have to work to get Vacation time.

Good now since they have consolidated sick time, personal time and vacation time as Personal Time Off (PTO)
It was fine as a full time employee but I don’t get the hours as fast
For the corporate employees good. For the store level employees it stinks!!
