
I would make a higher base pay for senior sales,asst. managers and managers or a Liberal commission and bonus structure that the senior sales associates, managers, asst. managers will be motivated by to be more focused on integrity sales performance and increased sales production and far higher morale. Thus inviting part time associates to be attracted to moving into full time positions or higher and working with more passion and drive to excell at every level of their time with the company.
Better pay and benefits. I would put more emphasis on team morale building and promoting OD brand loyalty by offering all employees health insurance benefits, profit sharing and instilling pride in ownership with discounted stock options and a real retirement or pension plan. I would focus on true development of individuals with promise and potential. I would teach the salespeople how to sell and close and motivate them to ith a realistic commission structure.
Hire experienced managers at both the store level and corporate level. Require management to "get in the trenches" with us.
I wish the hours would be evenly distributed among all employees. And not just certain people !
