Our team is doing the best it can given the way the corporate office treats everyone. The main office seems to be making things as bad as they can in order to drive us long time workers (many of us not having raises for over 10 years) so they can bring in new and cheaper help. Unfortunately for the customers, Office Depot is getting what they are paying for. Bad pay leaves the stores and consumers with bad staff.

As a lower end store manager its ok as long as the Store manager is a fair person
