Fine at first, but the company is solid on pay caps. I've been with Office Depot for over 18 years. My last raise was over 11 years ago. My workload has continued to grow (I'm doing a great deal of our Operations Manager's job that he doesn't know how to) but my salary remains the same as it was back in 2007 ($13.02 if you're curious).
I haven’t had a raise in a few years since they say after 17 years I’m at the top of the pay scale and I lost some when they readjusted and capped salaries a few years ago after merger with Office Depot
Been with the company almost 11 yrs we do not get any more then 3% increase, if we get that! This pay raise does not even cover the cost of living! ITS PATHIC!
competitive with other retail. If you happen to get a raise than your hours will be reduced because store has a set payroll budget amount.
Sales floor associates and cashiers all get minimum wage. Raises are minimal at best.
VERY LOW AND THE SO CALLED COMMISSION OPORTUNITIES ARE A JOKE.
Very LOW!
