
Yes. They work their valuable and skilled employees to the ragged edge. They expect those that work hard to be able to pick up the slack from the employees that are slackers. Then they reprimand the hard workers if their job, and their added extra tasks, aren't fulfilled entirely or in the same time frame provided.
All the time. Sometimes they get worn out or pissed because they've been passed over for advancement. Other times, they simply get laid off because the company feels that they are getting paid too much and then they're replaced by someone cheaper. Again, back to "You get what you pay for".
