I'm going on 18 years. It's gone from being a career to simply a job. There seems to be no chance of advancement from within the company. They prefer to hire off the street. The store I just came from hired a new guy to be Operations Manager, then had me train him instead of asking if I would like the job. Hourly workers do seem to get stuck doing a lot of the manager's work and not getting paid for it. I've pretty much been doing the Operations Manager's position at all the stores I've been at, besides my own job, for the last 14 years.
Almost 4 years. I like the retail experience and the insurance benefits and the challenge but I do not like being treated like a non valuable unappreciated unaffordable burden.
About a year and a half. Not really, it's very stressful to get everything I need to do done without being able to take even a minute of overtime.
I've been working here for about 2.5 years and it's gone downhill.
