How long after an interview at Ogilvy does it take to hear back?

If it’s a no, an immediate yes, or we want you to talk to more people...you should hear within 24 hours. If we are interviewing multiple candidates it may take a little longer but you should still hear back something from HR within 24 hours. Sometimes the interview process is spread over a couple weeks for an approved position. For my group we are really picky about who we bring in for in person interviews so if the team feels you’ll be a good fit, I’ve made a lot of offers the same day.
