How employees describe working at Ogilvy

I am very passionate about my work and I have a great team.

Good opportunities to get to know a network agency with a strong almost "historic" base. Very friendly colleagues. Approachable Leadership but could definitely be more involved into peoples work life overall. Growth opportunities are not the best. 100% remote work offerings, which is great.

I think this is the best as far as I know.

I am very happy Ogilvy human resource

Awesome work environment, great people.

Asked to all employees at Ogilvy

  • Ogilvy called me for a phone interview and then asked me to do some in person interviews. (I did not directly apply) I was given an offer that same day. Time to hear back completely depends on the need, the interviewers involved, and other priorities people are juggling. It helps if you have someone on the inside who can get your resume into the specific team’s hands. People also get referral bonuses for being others in, so check your network to see who you know!

Asked to all employees at Ogilvy

  • If it’s a no, an immediate yes, or we want you to talk to more people...you should hear within 24 hours. If we are interviewing multiple candidates it may take a little longer but you should still hear back something from HR within 24 hours. Sometimes the interview process is spread over a couple weeks for an approved position. For my group we are really picky about who we bring in for in person interviews so if the team feels you’ll be a good fit, I’ve made a lot of offers the same day.
