How long does it take to hear back after applying to Ogilvy?

Ogilvy called me for a phone interview and then asked me to do some in person interviews. (I did not directly apply) I was given an offer that same day. Time to hear back completely depends on the need, the interviewers involved, and other priorities people are juggling.
