Mr. Lias J. Steen, also known as Jeff has been an Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Legal at Oil States International Inc since May 2016 and served its Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Legal at Oil States International Inc., since February 2011 until May 2016. Mr. Steen has been involved in the energy service business in various capacities since 1978, starting his career as a Petroleum Landman. Mr. Steen served as Vice President of Human Resources and Legal at Oil States International Inc., from June 2008 to January 2011. Mr. Steen spent 10 years with Camco International Inc. as Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel. Following Camco, Mr. Steen served for 5 years as the General Counsel of North America at Schlumberger, then 5 years at Grant Prideco as Vice President of Legal and Human Resources. Mr. Steen is a Graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Agricultural Economics and received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law.

Mr. Philip S. Moses, also known as Scott, has been a Executive Vice President of Offshore Products and President of Offshore Products Segment at Oil States Industries, Inc. since May 2016. Mr. Moses served as a Senior Vice President of Offshore Products at Oil States International Inc. since July 1, 2015 until May 2016. He served as a Senior Vice President of Offshore Products since July 1, 2015 until May 2016. Mr. Moses served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Oil States Industries, Inc. since 2013 until July 2015. He joined OSI in 1996 and has contributed considerably to the ongoing growth and success of the OSI serving in various engineering, project management and senior leadership roles. Mr. Moses holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Lloyd A. Hajdik has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Oil States International Inc. since December 9, 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President and served as its Senior Vice President since December 9, 2013. Mr. Hajdik is responsible for management of global finance and accounting operations. He has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience, primarily in the oilfield service industry and has proven execution capabilities in financial accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions as well as planning and analysis. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (Formerly, Cal Dive International Inc.) from November 2008 to April 2013. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. since February 2004 until March 1, 2013. Mr. Hajdik served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. since December 2003. Prior to joining Helix in 2003, he served in a variety of accounting and finance-related roles of increasing responsibility with Houston-based companies. From January 2002 to November 2003, he served as an Assistant Corporate Controller for Houston-based NL Industries Inc. Prior to NL, Mr. Hajdik served as Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Accounting Services for Compaq Computer Corporation from 2000 to 2002 and Controller for Halliburton's Baroid Drilling Fluids and Zonal Isolation product service lines from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Hajdik served as Controller of Engineering Services for Cliffs Drilling Company from 1995 to 1997 and was with Ernst & Young in the audit practice from 1989 to 1995. He served at Shell Oil Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the Texas Society of CPAs as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hajdik graduated from Southwest Texas State University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mr. Christopher E. Cragg, also known as Chris, has been a Senior Vice President for Operations of Oil States International Inc., since May 22, 2006. Mr. Cragg served as Vice President for Tubular Services of Oil States International Inc., from February 2001 to May 22, 2006. He served as President of Sooner Pipe, L.L.C from October 2003 to May 2006 and Chief Financial Officer since 1999. Mr. Cragg served as Executive Vice President of Sooner Pipe, L.P. from December 1999 to February 2001. From June 1999 to December 1999, he pursued personal interests. From April 1994 to June 1999, he served as Vice President and Controller of Ocean Energy, Inc., and its predecessor companies. He served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of United Meridian Corp. since June 1996. Mr. Cragg served as Manager for Internal Audit with Cooper Industries, from April 1993 to April 1994 and served as Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse, from August 1983 to April 1993. He has been a Director of Powell Industries, Inc. since May 30, 2008. Mr. Cragg received Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and Economics from Southwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lloyd Hajdik serves as the EVP, CFO and Treasurer for Oil States International. Lloyd started at Oil States International in December of 2013. Lloyd is based in the Houston, Texas Area.

David Wesson serves as the Executive VP - Downhole Technologies for Oil States International. David started at Oil States International in January of 2018. David is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
