
Working 45bhours a week would be a huge improvement, getting rid of bad management
Some co workers are great, some not so much. Less meetings less immediate meetings. Better planning.
Be respectful of employees do not call them out in meetings or throw them under the bus
It os not regulated and easy for customers to use fake id's and commit fraud or launder money
Acknowledge when people are not available, don't message them. Don't expect t 12 hour work days. Give credit for work done on weekly Kpis instead of saying people did less to avoid bonus pay outs
