honesty and integrity are the top 2

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledge when people are not available, don't message them. Don't expect t 12 hour work days. Give credit for work done on weekly Kpis instead of saying people did less to avoid bonus pay outs
What is the best part about your compensation package?
lunch allowance is a great benefit
The Flexible PTO option is very good
competitive salary and benefits package which is improving over time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I sayed that for my friends that were bad
Working 45bhours a week would be a huge improvement, getting rid of bad management
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone does their best to bring value to the company
Comunication was well for a long time
They are all willing to learn new things
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some co workers are great, some not so much. Less meetings less immediate meetings. Better planning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Earn was very well for some week
Good and a diverse community
Passionate coworkers who are intent on bringing crypto to the masses.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honesty, respect, ethics, truth and honor.
Hire leadership that have experience outside of APAC. Currently group think no critical thinking C-Suite love sycophants telling them how wonderful they are
Be respectful of employees do not call them out in meetings or throw them under the bus

It was very good proces
People seemed nice and reasonable, until you started

The flexibility is what i love at Okcoin
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It os not regulated and easy for customers to use fake id's and commit fraud or launder money
