Transparency. Fells like everry support related question is answered by a bot. No human related experience.
The company offers good salary and benefits. However if you have enough patient and hope you need to keep fighting for hour rights. There is hierarchy. You get review from QA and uyou cant even reach out to the QA accourding your marks, to appeal!! You need to accept what you get in the company
Honesty, respect, ethics, truth and honor.
Hire leadership that have experience outside of APAC. Currently group think no critical thinking C-Suite love sycophants telling them how wonderful they are
customer service could certainly improve
