Leaders are willing to get down and do the work that everyone else is doing, when something is wrong with the team they step in to figure out what needs to be done to make it better.
One of the only jobs I know that pay rate is based on productivity that encourages employees to do well and take care of themselves without owing anything to the company but also allows the employee to do well for themselves via benefits.
