What do you like best about the leadership team?
Again, goes back to flexibility. They do not micromanage, they know we know our areas better, but are there for support if you get stuck
What I like most about my team lead, manager, director, and VP is that they're down to earth people with a brain. If you have an issue they address it and resolve it. If you have questions they answer. Simple as that. They treat you how they want to be treated.

Leaders are willing to get down and do the work that everyone else is doing, when something is wrong with the team they step in to figure out what needs to be done to make it better.
They are willing to listen to what I have to say. It may not always do anything. But at least they hear me out.
