What do you like best about the leadership team?
Again, goes back to flexibility. They do not micromanage, they know we know our areas better, but are there for support if you get stuck
What I like most about my team lead, manager, director, and VP is that they're down to earth people with a brain. If you have an issue they address it and resolve it. If you have questions they answer. Simple as that. They treat you how they want to be treated.

Well trained, and focused on us getting our needs met. Both on the job and at home

Easy to contact, reliable, and willing to help when called upon
