
Simple and plan, treat the workers with respect. Don't fire them cause you don't like them, or ask why we have to work every weekend especially holidays. We have worked every weekend through winter. People won't stay because they get lied to at hire date. I speak for many.
They hours we were told we work and out weekends off. I feel we were lied to and so are all the temp's. They are told evenings and weekends off. Just in the past 2 days 6 people have walked out or been fired for asking why we are working memorial day weekend.
Better management. Supervisor are great more appreciation for us. I know I give more than I'm supposed to, but still get treated like a dog and told your working more. We never get a break,it's getting hot and they want to threaten us about taking breaks away and only giving us a 30 minute lunch
Trying looking at your upper management (production) who talks to the employees like they are trash. He don't care how hot it is on you. He doesn't respect the fact people are doing all they can to make numbers. And he wants to tell them to their face I want more. Don't clean up just keep running.
