The original crew has been forced to quit, new is not trained enough to rate and skips work at pleasure, but supervisor and manager want only those that kiss up to their personal power play
Management skills , consistency , honesty and being truthful
Simple and plan, treat the workers with respect. Don't fire them cause you don't like them, or ask why we have to work every weekend especially holidays. We have worked every weekend through winter. People won't stay because they get lied to at hire date. I speak for many.
Hire people to fill the open and much need positions. Actually care about their employee's quality of life.
