What did you like most about the interview process?
It is very easy to land a job regardless of background
The interview is not the issue, it's more about lack of support and organization after you get hired, I truly want to feel there is a future with my job.
Very direct yet very comfortable
The ability to sit down and have a conversation all staff including managers, department leads, and fellow employees
You are already treated like an employee.
They hours we were told we work and out weekends off. I feel we were lied to and so are all the temp's. They are told evenings and weekends off. Just in the past 2 days 6 people have walked out or been fired for asking why we are working memorial day weekend.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give better explain about the job and hazzards not just take you gloves and hart hat and someone goint to teach you
