We worked, confided, dicussed personal/business issues, there was no teamn at old castle. There was a fainly and everybody is different but everybody together can do unimaginable things and have for the benefit of the company

The original crew has been forced to quit, new is not trained enough to rate and skips work at pleasure, but supervisor and manager want only those that kiss up to their personal power play

The managers are all anout my way or nothing even when they are wrong and hate beign correxted or confronted with better ideas

Health safety is the priority during work

We have a very diverse culture and employees which, in my opinion, provides an enormous advantage giving us Unlimited perspective

The management staff call the HR department, the entire plant itself, is just fantastic. Everyone always has her door open, ears open, and feedback to provide whether it's good or bad

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Rascim and homophobia needs to be addressed

Management forms the companies culture , and they created a HORRIBLE ENVIRONMENT

Trying looking at your upper management (production) who talks to the employees like they are trash. He don't care how hot it is on you. He doesn't respect the fact people are doing all they can to make numbers. And he wants to tell them to their face I want more. Don't clean up just keep running.

The interview is not the issue, it's more about lack of support and organization after you get hired, I truly want to feel there is a future with my job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better management. Supervisor are great more appreciation for us. I know I give more than I'm supposed to, but still get treated like a dog and told your working more. We never get a break,it's getting hot and they want to threaten us about taking breaks away and only giving us a 30 minute lunch

The sales team is spread too thin. We can't possibly keep up with the work load and need more bodies. There aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done and we end up working late, coming in super early, or taking it home and still can't get caught up.
