We worked, confided, dicussed personal/business issues, there was no teamn at old castle. There was a fainly and everybody is different but everybody together can do unimaginable things and have for the benefit of the company

Trying looking at your upper management (production) who talks to the employees like they are trash. He don't care how hot it is on you. He doesn't respect the fact people are doing all they can to make numbers. And he wants to tell them to their face I want more. Don't clean up just keep running.

Better management. Supervisor are great more appreciation for us. I know I give more than I'm supposed to, but still get treated like a dog and told your working more. We never get a break,it's getting hot and they want to threaten us about taking breaks away and only giving us a 30 minute lunch
The sales team is spread too thin. We can't possibly keep up with the work load and need more bodies. There aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done and we end up working late, coming in super early, or taking it home and still can't get caught up.
