My team, culture, and knowing I am working for a company that is truly about saving lives and finding ways to treat rare diseases, many that affect children and young adults. Our CEO is a MD and it truly shows. He approaches the company from the perspective of a physician, not just a business man

Everyone is very intelligent and educated in their function and dilligent in their work. You dont have to babysit and can rely on your team to meet their deliverables. Work/life balance is very balanced, especially considering it is still a small company. Very inclusive culture.
