
They need to up their 401k matching since this is the only means for the company to help employees with retirement saving.
There are still many good people there. I appreciate being on the same team with good people who truly take pride in their work and who put in the efforts to be part of a productive team.
Stop making changes for the sake of change. Be more methodical and be careful with the disruptions to the work force. Be more team oriented rather than functional leaders just caring about their own functional interests instead of team interests
