
It needs to get better at actually using employee feedback in its decision making. Time after time, managers will offer a "comment period" after some big change, such as reogranization. Concerns are stated by employees, but no action is taken. It's really and empty exercise trying to talk to any manager now. It should also get better at not stabbing its employees in the back and engaging in blatant favoritism.
Re-evaluate their employee work experience. Some have no idea about what their role requires and do not have the experience for it.
