
I would like for my pay to be commensurate to that of my job title across organizations in my area.
Ownership shouldn't interfere in basic day to day tasks. Eliminate employees who aren't lifting their fair share and help our managers facilitate delegation to smart employees, putting our managers in more of a director position which is really where they are functioning already.
There is a lack of empowerment and common vision and as a result nothing of visionary substance is passed down to everyone to grab hold of. This is a result of the divisiveness and lack of true leadership of the Ownership and Executive team of the company.
