The people outside of the Executive team
My direct team and department work so well together. We are asked to do more and more and more every year with no additional resources, and we take it well.
Executive leadership needs to set goals, stick to them, push the Orbit brand exclusively in Sales, and help each department be successful in accordance to their goals. I haven't seen corporate/executive goals in a very long time.
Leading. being unified in a decision and being willing to do the hard things to see our vision through to completion. Standing by decisions made and supporting the associates who are working so hard to make the company successful.
Lead. Hard conversations about doing what is right, pushing the Orbit brand, keeping associates feeling safe and wanted is not in our executive leaderships vocabulary. Scope and job responsibilities change all the time and it's so hard to keep up. I do not get the help I need for the workload I have
