There is no opportunity for advancement either in title and pay grade. We are however, consistently asked to perform above title and paygrade. It is not sustainable. The attitude within the company does not approach the customer centric attitude needed to succeed in this industry. We are broken.

People are friendly. Most projects take an incredibly long time to complete. Ineffective management and a substantial amount of mistakes from all areas.

Everyone at Orbit has been professional and respectful. Our work is challenging, but we are not pushed to work long hours. It is a great place to work.

I love working for Orbit and could not ask for a better boss.

I have loved working here until recently. Leadership is very lacking. Hard discussions and doing what is right vs. what is easy is very lacking. Very defeating a lot of the days when I feel unsupported and my workload just gets larger and larger with absolutely no new hires to help with the new work

They truly care about me. I had some personal things come up that significantly affected my ability to work, and I was so afraid. But my manager and supervisor were fully supportive of me prioritizing my wellness and made it possible for me to get the help I needed.

Leading. being unified in a decision and being willing to do the hard things to see our vision through to completion. Standing by decisions made and supporting the associates who are working so hard to make the company successful.

Lead. Hard conversations about doing what is right, pushing the Orbit brand, keeping associates feeling safe and wanted is not in our executive leaderships vocabulary. Scope and job responsibilities change all the time and it's so hard to keep up. I do not get the help I need for the workload I have

This has been the best team I've ever worked with. I feel there's a genuine culture of teamwork and supporting each other whenever the workload gets to be a lot. Everyone works hard but there's still enough flexibility in the day to enjoy time together. They are the reason I look forward to work.

Because I feel cared for I feel more motivated at this job than I have at any other. I feel like I can take care of my mental and physical health without it impacting the state of my job--everyone works hard to support one another so there's some flexibility to take care of yourself.

Everyone, from leadership down, respects each other's desire for and right to flexibility and work-life balance. The company understands that we have lives outside of work, and our culture is such that we are all supported and encouraged to make that a priority. This usually helps the job get done.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Executive leadership needs to set goals, stick to them, push the Orbit brand exclusively in Sales, and help each department be successful in accordance to their goals. I haven't seen corporate/executive goals in a very long time.

I was able to observe the character of all the important execs at the company.

I work remotely so it was nice to do the interview virtually.

My interview was with my supervisor, manager and the head of the department. It was a little intimidating, but it was extremely helpful to see the company from the perspective of these different levels of leadership. It let me see who I would be under and better gauge how I would fit.

I got to meet the whole team to see if they would be a good fit for me, just as they were trying to decide if I would be a good fit for them.

I came to Orbit because of the high integrity of the company and the friendly environment with colleagues. Best decision, I have made in my career.
