- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading. being unified in a decision and being willing to do the hard things to see our vision through to completion. Standing by decisions made and supporting the associates who are working so hard to make the company successful.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Lead. Hard conversations about doing what is right, pushing the Orbit brand, keeping associates feeling safe and wanted is not in our executive leaderships vocabulary. Scope and job responsibilities change all the time and it's so hard to keep up. I do not get the help I need for the workload I have
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Executive leadership needs to set goals, stick to them, push the Orbit brand exclusively in Sales, and help each department be successful in accordance to their goals. I haven't seen corporate/executive goals in a very long time.
