
Like most rapid growth companies the problem lies in the acceptance of change. You cannot continually do the same things over and over and expect a different result. Embrace the change don't just talk about it.
Everyone gets lost in the day and we aren't improving. Nobody will take the initiative to push back on what isn't working for fear of repercussions. Collaboration and transparency are the mantra but really it's WIFM and how do I get by.
